Great customer service from Will, very professional and efficient at sorting the problem. He sorted an issue that I had with an online order. Would recommend this curry’s store in Speke for any issues or queries you have the staff were all very caring, special thanks to Will for sorting it again.
My wife went into Currys to buy a new mobile phone, once she had looked at a few phone's she asked an assistant several questions, he was very polite and answered all the questions my wife put to him. Then they went through the payment options. My wife chose the best option for her and the phone was delivered the very next day to our home. Most phones are in the shop but with it being Christmas it had to come from the local warehouse. Definitely recommend Curry's a visit.
Twice I’ve visited and been left standing for 15 minutes trying to get answer to a basic question. There were people on the floor but they seemed to be together away from us and not helpful towards us. Other times I’ve been in here and had the most helpful experiences, knowledge offered and not left waiting.
Great experience at Curry’s, Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help me find exactly what I needed. Store was clean, well-organized, and checkout was smooth. Definitely coming back.
Came in to buy a monitor, spent some good money. Wasn’t very helpful , offered little advice, was told to check if it came with hdmi cable myself. Rather than just checking on the system for me do you not work there? Attitude was appalling. The way he looked at us whilst we counted the money aswell. Can tell he hates his job (William) Don’t need to be worshipped but be helpful and respectful to paying customers! We were polite and respectful through the entire process. I don’t know why we were treated this way.
The sales staff and general staff are always pleasant and polite. Very good kitchen products and pray they stay in business since a lot is online. Choosing the right product in front of you is a blessing. You get what you see.
Wanted an electric cooker that was a black Friday offer, the staff member said it was out of stock even though there was one on display. I was told to come back after the first of December when I could order one then, but she couldn't guarantee that it would be the Black Friday price. The staff member was perfectly pleasant, but I feel could have been a little bit more helpful by maybe letting us preorder one at the Black Friday price. Anyway we went elsewhere.
Staff were great. Didn't end up buying any products but the man on the Carphone warehouse counter could not do enough to help us. Highly recommend a visit if you have questions or need any help buying products
If you have a problem with a purchase, they are the worst Company we have had the misfortune to deal with. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and trying to get through on the phone is impossible. No store has a direct phone number and you have to go to the store to get anything sorted. Well, of a nature! We have had an ongoing problem with a Kenwood dishwasher, which has been replaced once and we are now awaiting delivery of a third machine. We have upgraded to a Bosch. We have been without a dishwasher now for 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks and although Currys have given us compensation for the machines, which damaged our decorative door to the machine and adjoining unit, we are still awaiting a new machine and voucher for the upgrade. Think very seriously about using Currys or Kenwood.
Love to visit and have a look in this store for tech items. The store is filled with products for all around the house. The store is located in speke speke retail park so there is plenty of parking available. There are also disabled parking spots available at the front of the store. There are samples of the products on display so you can see the product before you buy. There are staff around the store who are willing to help if you need it, but I would advice you take someone who knows about the technology so they don't sell you unnecessary items. Some can be a little pricey but sometimes they has great deals on, so keep an eye out if you are after a certain item.
