Screwfix so much easier than the B&Q's and like. Knowledgeable and fair prices. Open long hours. Best going late on like 7-8pm: otherwise park in Aldi as parking outside Screwfix limited during the day. What you don't use is easy to take back.
Staff were rude and unhelpful. Came across as completely misogynistic. Will not be going back.

Staff were extremely helpful, my daughter jammed her finger in the car door just as we got to the shop and the staff all helped by giving her a wet paper towel and a donut which cheered her up! Also, came up with a solution when they didn’t have exactly what I needed and it worked out perfect! Thank you to all staff for your help it’s very much appreciated!

Only came in to get some screws, Shelby the cashiers so nice ended up spending £300 on bits and bobs for the house made up with the blinker fluid and premium car air for my tires
Ordered item on line and went and collected it the next morning. With covid 19 the store was laid out to keep everyone at a distance. It was efficient and the staff pleasant. Pity others don't follow their example.
