The Ryanair portal was not working and I could not get anywhere with Ryanair which was stressful. I contacted the store and spoke to Ellie and explained my situation. From the beginning Ellie showed understanding and made me feel at ease and told not to worry and she would look into it for me. To Ellie’s credit she solved my problem although experiencing some difficulties along the way. My flights are now back on track and I can now relax knowing that if I have any further difficulties Ellie and your staff are only a phone call away. I am so pleased with Ellie and the service provided by the store and Ellie.”

Always had problems with groomers unable to do my dog since he is quite anxious, met by the groomer gave me a walm welcome and asked what i wanted the cut to be, after i left for an hour and a half expecting a phone call to say there unable to work on my dog, to my suprise get a message saying my dog is done come back and she ad done a brilliant job, cut just as i expected and her and my dog seemed to be getting allong really well wich was a site i was suprised to see since he has always had trouble with other people.”
