    I don’t normally leave reviews but today I was left feeling embarrassed. I was buying some makeup from Superdrug and I was paying with a £50 note I had which was gifted to me. The lady who served me was lovely, but as I had a £50 note she needed to get some one else to check it. 3 staff members were looking at this note under a light to see if it was real. I then got told that my note is fake by the lady who came out to check the note and that it isn’t real and got told to look in the UV light to see, I could see the 50 shinning through but got told it’s meant to be bighter which means I have a fake note. There was a Que behind me and that’s all I had on me so I just left the shop feeling embarrassed and mortified of being accused of handling a fake £50 note. I went to the bank straight after , the bank fully checked the note and confirmed it is a real £50 note. I’ve never felt so embarrassed in a shop in my life.

    We went into the store to get an ear piercing. Told would need to return 30 minutes later and when we returned the piercing lady had gone home even though she had advised us to return knowing she would be finishing her shift. Not great service, severally disappointed and will not recommend the store due to this.
