Absolutely dreadful, taken money 45 mins before closure yet decided not to deliver and shut the shop. Sort yourself out.
Best pizza in the port, great staff too.
Didn’t even get the food waited 2 hours to be told by a cocky little wet wipe it’s Going to be another while they’re busy. He’s lucky I didn’t go down and pat Tate him
2 hours we waited for our food. Rang up to ask where it was and “it’s on the road as we speak” miraculously the food turns up the same time it takes to get to papa johns from our house. Sides were edible but the pizza was stone cold. It’s like they’d forgotten about it and quickly shipped it out whilst I were about to complain. Never had an issue with dominos but just wanted to try something else… moral of the story, stick with dominos
Over 2.5 hours late to then arrive and just be basically a cheese pizza when ordered bbq chicken. If I wanted a cheese pizza that is what I would have ordered. Pending refund. Will NOT be going here again.
After having paid over £30 on pizza we called up with a problem with how spicy the food was. Bare in mind we had the exact same pizzas 2 days earlier with no issues. Sophie decided that as manager there's nothing she could do other than be sarcastic and rude and after asking to speak to someone higher that the owner would be in, 'soon' as he was on his way from Chester.. We waited 15 minutes (travel time from A to B) only to find out after ringing Chester he was in the Ellesmere Port branch when we rang and up Sophie decided not to let us speak to him clearly and after asking for a refund she HUNG UP! Claiming she has better things to do... Poor customer service!!! We finally tracked down Dave the owner of the franchise and explained our issues. Again only to be issued with the 'nothing I can do' response all I can say is avoid it clearly got a poor customer service and go dominoes much better!! At least they won't rip you off! So much for 'quality guarantee' time for you to review your own T&Cs.
Excellent pizza and service. My partner and I ordered two pizzas with two extra dips. Upon getting the delicious pizzas back to our home, we realised that the extra dips hadn’t been included. Staff went out of their way to deliver the dip, ordered a taxi to drop them off, outstanding service. Thank you papa johns Ellesmere Port.
Impressive range of toppings choices and superb sides/deserts. Great service and hygiene standards. Viewing area so you can see how they turn fresh dough into fantastic tasting pizza.
Ordered on line it said order should be with you in 15 min. An hour later it had not been delivered. I called and was told there was nothing they could do they were busy and stopped taking orders but could not stop the online orders. It arrived 75 min after ordering and I was disappointed with the fact that the cheesy jalapeño bites were cream cheese this was not on the menu or the website and I can not eat them. The pizza was nice but had a floral after taste Will not be ordering from.there again
