Ordered last night. Got twisted dough balls and they were raw and chicken was cold like it was there all night. Always seem to have issue with this Dominoes. Will not be ordering from them in the future
Stopped here after a night out in Liverpool with friends. The food was obviously freshly made and good. We had pizzas and natcho’s. The only thing worth noting is that it is a card only - they don’t accept cash, even for a sauce!
First person I spoke to said he couldn’t take orders for pizzas as he wasn’t trained! I then waited 5 minutes for a trained assistant to take my order, it wasn’t even busy. Seem to be collecting a lot of poor reviews
Thank you to Cameron and the team. Today they provided 5 pizzas for our amazing hardworking team at Age UK Wirral. It was a lovely suprise for the team. Thank you for supporting us as a charity dedicated to the local community
No quality control at this dominos. Pizza was burnt and cut up by a blind person. The prices they charge, I expect a lot better. I will not be returning. I recommend everyone going somewhere else! Delivery was quick and that's why it is not 1 star
Wow… Dominos has changed… for the worse. Ive not had a dominos in over a year and im not returning The amount of topping has significantly reduced and the thickness of the pizza has reduced too. I opened the box to a thin sloppy mess on both pizzas I know Dominos has suffered post covid but to save costs they shouldnt be compromising quality. The local, much cheaper takeaway now makes much better pizzas which was never the case previously
Just had a fast delivery absolutely amazing pizza and garlic bread and sides.... The very pleasant employees actually put on the extras toppings you are paying for I will definitely be ordering from this franchise again well done ... Happy customer...
Friendly staff and delivery has always been spot on. Just wish they would learn to cook pizzas properly! I've never had a pizza from this Domino's that didn't need to go into the oven at home to finishing cooking it.
AVOID! WARNING! They are short on drivers but will not tell you this until AFTER you order! We ordered and then received a phone call to say the food will be with us in 90 minutes!! Who wants tea at 10pm, I’d have ordered from somewhere else if I knew I’d have to wait until 10am! They offered collection as an alternative but no apology, no goodwill gesture, nothing. Staff don’t care. Incredibly poor customer service. AVOID! Only positive was the food was nice so 3 stars. I would recommend calling first to find out how long delivery is because they don’t display this anywhere when you’re ordering or after you’ve ordered.
