Some good things in here but overall I have seen a downward turn in the quality sadly. Big selction of clothes over two floors ranging from mens, woman and infant clothes. Did pick up along salmon colour cardigan and kids clothes. Jewellery was outdated cosmetic
Lot more choice than tesco. Plenty of parking Will be going more often now found the store.
Came in trying to find school trousers in age 3 but none were in stock. The staff (Lacey I think?) were so helpful and called another shop to try and find some for me. Brilliant customer service! I will shop here again.
Good grief. Wish I'd checked on Google before driving here. I wouldn't have had a wasted trip. Like so many others, looking for menswear. No indication on the store finder on the Matalan website that there was no menswear. Not everybody wants to pay "Designer Outlet" prices
Visited this Store yesterday, specifically for men's clothing. What a letdown. Informed by staff member that they didn't stock any - women's, kids and homeward only - what a waste of a trip. Did pick something to try on but on following sign to fitting room had to ask where it was as it seemed to be hidden round a corner The item didn't fit anyway even though I picked up a 14 and 16 size and I am only and honestly a size 12. Cheshire Oaks is good but Matalan, rubbish.
It's a two storey shop and they don't have a men's section - an entire floor of women's, and an upstairs of kids and homeware. So disappointing - I've been buying Matalan's men's clothes for years. It's all very well saying that they sell their men's stuff online, but I can't try it on, and it's a hassle to send back. Will have just take my business to another retailer.
Why have you stopped selling mens clothing? it has not been advertised anywhere, I am very disappointed as I wasted my time and petrol today, a lot of custom will be lost, i dont understand how you can sell womans and childrens clothing but not mens! Discrimination at its best I wont be rushing back there.
Second time I have visited this store when the lift has not been working. Staff very unhelpful. I went to get some clothes for my children and asked if it was possible for someone to help me up the stairs with my pram which my twin toddlers were in. I was advised that this is not possible due to health and safety, the lift has been broken for a days now and they've no idea when it will be fixed. Second visit been absolutely wasted due to not being able to get up the stairs to the children's section. Very disappointing and frustrating.
Placed an order on Black Friday for click and collect. After waiting 11 days, we phoned the customer services department - who said the shop must have it by now and they gave us the phone number for the shop. We phoned the shop and they wouldn’t answer the phone on multiple occasions. So we travelled and went to the store. When we enquired, they said they had a pile of delivered parcels by the till. They said they might do them later that day. We are still waiting! So that didn’t happen. Will never use click and collect again. Especially for the Cheshire oaks store.
Just wasted my time and diesel driving to Cheshire Oaks store that doesn't have a Mens section. No mention of it on the website. Truly shocking and discriminatory.
