    Came to exchange a top from a previous visit a week ago but didn't have a receipt. Told that I couldn't exchange for something in store which is something I couldn't understand. The t shirt in question is still for sale and not in the sale and I was looking for an exchange as appose to money back. Different experience and interaction to general retail experiences. Previous visit went amazing and the person that dealt with me seemed a real ambassador of the brand. (30ish bloke with dark hair).

    Last Tuesday I had gone into this store to look at a new t shirt, I found one I liked (a lovely pink one) but my size wasn't on the peg (4XL), so I went up to the counter and asked one of the employees if there was one in the back. However the young man without hesitation he climbed onto the counter and took his trousers off. After that he started to perform some sort of ritual which involved dancing and bellowing an ear piercing screech. This left me slightly confused. Shortly after, he proceeded to turn around and squat down, I watched a little brown monster creep out of his bottom and lay resting on the table but before I could grasp what had just happened, the fecal matter was thrown directly into my face. I did eventually get the T shirt in the correct size though so I can't complain too much.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! they take your money & then never send your order!! Been waiting for a Christmas present for my 8 year old son (an England cricket one day shirt & cap!) since November! Appalling service! They have no customer service number just an email & they will not respond!! Boycott this company they are making profit from unsuspecting people who have paid for items in good faith! I’ll look forward to telling my son why Santa didn’t bring what he asked for! Well done Castore! Hope you enjoy your profits this year!! I’m sure it won’t last long when customers realise how shockingly incompetent you really are!
