“I received a call from Ben, who was very helpful. I moved into a property where the previous owner were smokers and there was bad smell coming from the two main rooms that were carpeted. He explained that the smell might not be removed by the cleaning of the carpets but could help. He explained the process, what products could help get rid of the smell and what products he would use on our carpets. Very prompt as we booked in the next day due to cancellation, very professional, in and out with in an hour of cleaning two carpets and very happy with the results.Would rate 10/10 and definitely use again.”
