There had been a pungent and stubborn smell hanging specifically in my storage room, as well as in the carpet throughout the apartment in general. It had not been cleaned in years, so I couldn't feel at home. Charles came by and did an excellent, thorough job treating and deep cleaning the entirety of my carpet. He was friendly and informative, and did a meticulous job start to finish. Charles was also punctual and professional in his demeanour, giving great advice and offering to show me the years of filth that had been sitting in the carpet after the clean was finished. The staff are fantastic - always friendly and helpful, and they even got a wine stain out of my white dress shirt, and put a lot of time and effort into removing spill stains from my linen jacket when I partied rather harder than I should have done. Re the previous review, clothes are always returned in a transparent plastic bag, so white powder would stand out a mile when collecting clothes. And they use liquid cleaners, not powders. Maybe there's some confusion and the gentleman in question had an unfortunate experience at another establishment? Anyway, great service all round and super-reliable.
