   I took my daughter’s wedding dress to be cleaned here. The dress was absolutely filthy at the end of her wedding day and she wanted it cleaning before putting into storage. The staff were upfront and said that they would do their best to get it cleaned but could not guarantee that they would be able to get it back to its original condition. However when I collected the dress I was extremely impressed as they had done a fantastic job removing all the dirt and grime from the wedding day. They gave advice how to store the dress to keep it in the best condition. The price was excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend their services, in particular for items that have a high level of sentimental value or of a high quality / eg designer clothing. Thank you so much for getting the dress back to its original condition.

   We used Butlers for dry cleaning and pressing of my wedding dress before our wedding in August. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they offered to keep my dress until the morning of the wedding to avoid any additional stress of keeping the gown at home. They also offered helpful advice on how it is best to transport the gown so that it doesn’t crease in transport. Very professional and friendly service, timely and efficient. All to the highest standards. Very pleased and would 100% use again in the future. Highly recommend.

   Great dry-cleaning business, run by a lovely family. The "Posh Wash" next door (also run by the same family) has a great selection of different size washers and 5 (I think) super large dryers. They also do reasonably priced service washes, for convenience. Would definitely recommend!

   I promised to review this company in exchange for the excellent job they did of making an accidentally-dyed-blue shirt brilliantly white again. Both on email and in-store, they were really helpful, friendly and gave a great price for the job. They advised me realistically that they might not manage to get the colour out, before I paid, but made a great job of it anyway. My partner has her shirt back and it saved me a lot of money and hassle in trying to replace it. If you need a dry cleaners in Stoke on Trent I would highly recommend them.
