There had been a pungent and stubborn smell hanging specifically in my storage room, as well as in the carpet throughout the apartment in general. It had not been cleaned in years, so I couldn't feel at home. Charles came by and did an excellent, thorough job treating and deep cleaning the entirety of my carpet. He was friendly and informative, and did a meticulous job start to finish. Charles was also punctual and professional in his demeanour, giving great advice and offering to show me the years of filth that had been sitting in the carpet after the clean was finished.
