Finally getting around to leaving a review. It's been about two months since my last session with Matt. Now its all settled and faded down it looks great , all blending in done on the sides and back are seamless and honestly better than I expected. The guy is a real artist . It's hard to put your trust in someone you don't know but from our first meeting he puts you at ease makes you feel like your in safe hands . Hes a really polite and friendly guy and we had some proper good conversations which made the 3 hour sessions fly by . People comment on my hair all the time now and cannot believe it's not actual hair . It's given me a boost in confidence and I can honestly say it's worth the money. My hair is quite corse and dark so Matt gave me a forth session as promised to get it looking perfect , all included in his original price . Overall I'm over the moon with what he's done for me and I'm honoured to have met such a great guy . I'll be seeing him again when it's time for a top up . I decided to go to see Matt at his Mosaic Hair clinic after meeting up with a friend who had also trusted him with his scalp micro-pigmentation. Matt is obviously a highly skilled and experienced SMP artist. During the consultation he explained clearly how the treatment works and takes shape over 3 visits, including aftercare and support. Each treatment was a positive experience, mainly due to Matt’s personality and helped by his excellent studio in Stoke with easy,, free parking. Communication was good all the way though to the final session. Take Matt’s advice and trust him, and the process, you will wish you’d had it done sooner. Highly recommended
I got in touch with Matt at the beginning of December after considering hair transplants etc. Matt gave me in depth detail of how the process would go and how it would look and I’ve got to say my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner! I started seeing Matt in September 2022 As a child I was scaled by a kettle which burnt away my hairline. I went to Matt asking if he could help. My Mosaic Hair Clinic experience I first contacted Matt back in 2020 and in the period when we could move around during Covid I travelled to Stoke on Trent from Manchester for my consultation. Matt was in the process of moving to his new location . I went to.my consultation with lots of questions . Within minutes of being in Matts company I felt reassured simply because all my questions were answered in depth and with clarity. Due to covid I didn't start my treatment until November 2021 .I was already aware that I would need a minimum of 3 treatments. It actually was four but this was because I was at level 7 or the Norfolk scale. Once we had agreed my new hairline Matt started the treatment. Session 1 and 2lasted for about two hours. The third was the detail so took about 3 hours. The attention to detail was second to none and the time spent getting the result was absolutely fabulous. Nothing was too much for Matt. The fourth session was merely a touch up. There was no pain felt just a little redness afterwards. The aftercare was explained thoroughly My wife, daughters have said it has taken years off my look and I am 53. If your thinking do no less than get a consultancy with Matt at Mosaic. Matt is an expert at what he does you won't be in better hands and he is a perfectionist. I am extremely happy with the whole experience from beginning to end and the final result is fantastic, it looks so natural and my confidence has gone through the roof!! No more baseball caps!!
