Just joined the Riley Dental Studio and am already confident that it was the right decision for me. Wonderful Dental Practice, can't praise the staff enough. Recent appointment was exceptional. Manoj was placing a crown where a tooth had broken. As usual I was a little nervous just before the local anaesthetic was going to be injected. This didn't arrive and as if by magic I was apparently numb in the appropriate area. I didnt feel numb at all. Procedure performed with no pain. This was a new practice called the ' Wand ' technique. I think it was a magic wand used by an amazing magician.
I’m a new patient to this practice, and the experience so far is dentistry at its best. Efficient and friendly reception staff within a spotless, modern environment. The most recent technology is used to visually highlight what treatment is required, which is put in a written plan. I received a local anaesthetic using “Wand” technology for pain free treatment, and no swollen mouth afterwards. I have been nervous about going to the dentist for years, but not any longer.
Gareth is a wonderful dentist who has gone above and beyond for me on so many occasions. He really does care about his patients and the treatment they receive in his practice. Amazing as always! I’ve been registered with Gareth and the team since the Practice opened. I have nothing but praise for the Practice. I used to be terrified of going to the Dentist (from previous treatment and experience), but not anymore! Gareth and the team always put me at ease and I look forward to seeing them. The Practice is always spotless and I feel safe (given the current COVID-19 pandemic). Today, I’ve had treatment completed for a crown and the team went to the effort, without me asking to move my hygienist appointment and crown fitting together to save me coming back later in the day. Incredibly thoughtful, and greatly appreciated. Gareth always reassures me (putting me at ease) and tells me what he’s going to do. Helen offers amazing support and reassurance during treatment. The hygienist and dental nurse I saw today were kind, professional and informative.
