Myself and my partner have just started our first house search, Butters John Bee as a whole have been so helpful and very quick with any queries we have. We had a viewing with Lleyton and he was super helpful, understanding and patient with us being as it was our first viewing. We couldn't of had a better first house viewing!
If it were possible to rate this company lower than one star, I absolutely would. The level of service I received was extremely disappointing. The manager made a number of bold promises about what their business would achieve for me, yet none of these claims materialised. Communicating with them is incredibly frustrating — you’re routed through what appears to be a call centre that has no knowledge of your situation and no interest in connecting you with the local branch. The office felt disorganised, and the staff seemed inexperienced and indifferent. At no point did I feel that they cared about me as a customer or about the quality of their work. Even after I terminated my contract, they continued to market my property for more than a week past the agreed end date. I could list many more issues, but the pattern is clear. I expect they’ll reply here with a grovelling apology, but that won’t change the experience I had. I strongly advise choosing a different estate agent — there are many in the area who are far more competent and professional.
Brilliant service from Lilly Keatman. Took time to show property and answered all queries which were instrumental in making an offer. Dealt with the sale promptly which resulted in a successful purchase. 10 out of 10!!! Also fantastic service provided by the branch manager Phil Jones. Extremely helpful and pursued the vendors promptly securing an acceptance of the offer. Both Phil and Lilly were fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone to use BJB whether they are selling or buying.
Celine came out to value our home and was highly professional, knowledgeable and honest. She was friendly and very helpful. She answered any questions that I had to a very high standard. She followed up her visit in a relaxed manner.. wasn’t pushy at all and made me feel at ease throughout. Thank you for your visit!

Emma came to view my property last week. She was extremely easy to deal with, relaxed, friendly and chatty. Emma was also very professional, I was extremely impressed on just how much background work she had done in researching similar properties in my surrounding area. This research made the valuation process all that much easier has we had so many comparisons to make. When I do go ahead to sell my property, Emma will most certainly be first in line to market it.
