   When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed. To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.

From our first meeting with Cheryl who came to value our property we were given clear information on everything, felt valued and assured that they would sell our property!! After being on the market for 2 weeks an offer was accepted which we were delighted with!! Right up to completion a few months later we had good levels of contact from a few members of the team which was great!!    I wish we could give 0 stars. Craig has been the worst estate agent we have ever dealt with, no communication skills whatsoever. We forever had to chase him up, then he sent us confidential details from other clients which demonstrated him not replying to them either. Would never use this estate agent and recommend everyone avoid.
