   Dropped my daughter’s wedding dress off to be dry cleaned. The lady said the dress was fine and she had refused to clean 3 dresses that week because they’d been so dirty. Paid £135.00. Picked the dress up and it was still dirty. Took it back and explained to the man that it was still dirty. They said they would clean it again but on picking it up again it is still as dirty. A lot of money to pay for something that is still dirty. If they can’t get the results they shouldn’t take the money. Very disappointed.

   Very nice dry Cleaners my sister took a jacket there and it came out very clean and the fur on the hoodie was so soft. Very quick service and very affordable. The lady was very nice and friendly will be using this dry cleaners in the future.

   (August 2022) I've used these for the past 3 years & have always been happy with the trousers that I've had dry cleaned, but I was going to the York Ebor festival & wanted everything to be just right, so I took 5 shirts in to be ironed as well as 4 pairs of trousers to be dry cleaned. I didn't bother checking anything as I'd always been happy in the past with the results, so it was only on the day of getting ready that I saw the results of the ironing, I was gobsmacked, I could have done better myself, and I'm a bloke. There was even what looked like blood splash on one of the collars. They haven't responded to the email that I sent them, so they're getting named & shamed on here. I'll be ironing my own shrits next time, I'll risk the tramlines.

   Put off getting our very expensive sofa covers cleaned as I was worried someone would ruin them, so I did a bit of research and came across Wigan Dry Cleaners. Brought them up like new and I couldn’t be more thankful. Very professional service, friendly, very good value and well established. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be taking all our dry cleaning here in future including the covers again. Thank you!
