I don’t usually leave reviews, however Gerrard’s are quite exceptional. I’ve had my carpet and suite cleaned many times in the past, but nothing to the standard of this company. They weren't the cheapest but when you see what you get for your money it’s hardly surprising. The saying ‘You get what you pay for!’ Definitely rings true with these guys.
This is the second time I’ve used Gerrard’s. Start to finish the customer service is excellent and my carpets came up much better than I had anticipated. Offered to do a review based on this. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
I don’t know from where to start them guys are professional I was not believing my husband who booked them and didn’t let me hire the machine from shop he said you will see the magic and it truly was magic. They made my hall way carpet sparkly clean and back to life again. It was super dirty and we either had to change the carpet or choose the option to get that cleaned from some professional. Thank you so very much for coming today and doing the amazing job. I will always and always hire this company in future. Excellent job!!!
I cannot thank Gerrards enough. I contacted them at short notice and just before Christmas. Sharon happily accommodated us; we’d just had work finished at our house and I was due home from hospital after having a baby. We’ve had the carpet cleaned before but not to the level of Gerards - it looked like it did when it was first fitted! I was going to replace it with flooring but I’ll just have it cleaned from now on! Thank you :)
I had heavy amounts of oil throughout my hallway carpet. I called the office, i was given excellent advice taken care of on the call. I was able to be squeezed in during a busy week .
