Helen was recommended to me after I had spilled an entire mug of coffee over my pale carpet. I honestly thought the stain was here to stay but from the initial phone call, Helen was calm & reassuring, she came out to attend to it within a couple of days - fitting me into a busy schedule & even adjusting the time to accommodate me. For a reasonable charge the carpet now looks like new & I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended.

Helen was fantastic! Booked last minute really for a full house of carpets to be cleaned after a house purchase and so pleased with the result! Helen was really good from start to finish from providing the initial quote based on estate agent photos and a floor plan (!) to the clear up once she had finished! Helen did a great job of cleaning or dog dirtied couch. Our dogs like to rub up and dome the bag and side of the sofa leaving a dark mark across the back and side. Helen assured me it was easy to remove and surly enough, it has came up great. She even gave the whole thing a good hoover and the dog hairs have gone.... for now haha.
