He went out of his way to be helpful and came the ne t day with his colleague who was also absolutely lovely. They did a fantastic job on the carpet and had it looking good as new with no sign at all of the stain. Peter is clearly very very proud of his work and business and knows his stuff inside out. I get a text the day before & another text to notify me of payment which is taken directly from my bank via details set up beforehand. The first clean was done free & they use their own continuous water supply (no knocking for a bucket of water) which means the water used is constantly clean & uses equipment that does away with the need for ladders.”
