Really pleased with how lovely our windows are looking and the service we received! They were quick to respond and quick to fit us in around their other customers, with great communication. Jack and Nathan came to do our windows, and they were polite, efficient and really professional. Super happy with the finished result and would highly recommend!
I really appreciate the text sent in advance to say which day they are coming. Especially if I might need to go out. I can then leave the side gate open for them, so all the windows around the house can be accessed. Excellent job, thoroughly done. Their predecessors just stopped turning up, with no means if contacting them. It's very easy to pay online by direct debit. They only take payment a day or two later. Mike Williams
Recently changed to Abbey after being let down by a previous window cleaner ( who was cheap but did basic job - no cleaning frames etc ) Abbey have been excellent. Communication is great - notifications before they attend and the quality of the clean - the glass , frames , doors etc is perfection. Highly recommend and wish I had switched a long time ago

After contacting them regarding the much needed window and conservatory cleaning, they came out promptly and did the job to a high standard. Looks so much better now with all the windows clean. Would highly recommend and will be using them again on a regular basis.
