I can't recommend Quirks enough. We were passed on their number, and we had a reply back within minutes and Michael was at our property within 2 hours, very efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, even with the required part not being a standard fit, and had to be ordered online. We will certainly be using Quirks again in the future

We recently had a garage conversion done by Quirks in Chester, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out! The whole team were amazing from start to finish – always professional, kept us updated, and turned up exactly when they said they would. A special mention to Nathan, Jack, and James, who did a lot of of the work – they were so polite, friendly, and always made sure to tidy up after themselves. Michael is brilliant too – really easy to talk to, understanding, and made sure we were happy even after the work was finished. Michael and the team also handled everything with Building Control on our behalf, which took a huge amount of stress off us and made the whole process so much smoother. Considering how much we both work from home, the new space has completely transformed how we use our house. It’s freed up so much room and given us a proper, comfortable area to work in every day. The quality of the job is excellent, and it’s made such a difference to our home. We’d 100% recommend Quirks Property Maintenance to anyone thinking about a garage conversion or home project in the Chester area. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Mike and his team did a fantastic job of converting my dirty old attic space into a fresh and modern bathroom and bedroom. I am delighted with the final finish and quality of workmanship, i would not hesitate to recommend them.
