However, Steve and his colleague did a fantastic job for us and he has been back a few times for various jobs. He has today fitted a new pump for our boiler as the old one was causing a loud noise. Not only did he fit that, leaving no mess whatsoever, a radiator that had only worked for about a week or two since I moved in 21 years ago is now as hot as the main lounge radiator.
