“Good afternoon Hope this email finds you well. I would like to email you personally about one of your employees Nick who attended my property last night at 9.30pm and this afternoon at 1pm to fix the water pipe that was drilled by Virgin media. I am a vulnerable person with mental health issues and I have a child who lives with me. We have had no water for 24 hours. Nick took ownership and handled this nightmare with care and love. He has been amazing through this whole ordeal and the only person who has not lied once. He is a man of his word and kept his promise. He worked tirelessly to get our water back on and did not give up. He is the only person  that has brought a smile to our face whilst going out of his way to help us. He is an asset to your company and his experience and expertise has shown through the last 24 hours which have been hell for us. I cannot thank him enough He literally saved me and my son when everyone else left us, lied to us and hung up the phone on us. He has remained professional, supportive and truly gone above and beyond. This person  is an amazing human being and deserves every benefit your company can provide for him. I will be leaving further positive reviews for Nick on social platforms, but I wanted to reach out to you to let you know that you need to keep this man in your company as he is a treasure. We decided to have a new boiler as British Gas want over £500 for homecare. 100% gas were recommended by a neighbour who said 'I am that confident that they will do a great job, if they don't I will pay for it myself.' Couldn't have been better, small family run firm, great communication and Luke was great when fitting the boiler. We have not had any problems at all so would recommend 100% gas definately. Don't waste your money on anyone else.”

“Jay from BPD heating provided excellent service. We contacted them via D&G insurance as part of a warranty. Our boiler had failed no heating or water, and we have 9 month old baby in house. They came early 24 hours after request, helpful and friendly, Jay identified problem quickly, prioritised our repair and went to collect part needed. He fixed the problem so now heating and hot wate. I would highly recommend BPD and Jay in particular. I would be happy to have work by them any time”

“We had NiPi fit a new boiler and upgrade our existing system with new radiators and a bit of redesigning, also fitting a smart thermostat. The price was competitive, they turned up on time, the work was completed much quicker than I expected. The work was very tidy and minimal disturbance to the wallpaper etc. All in all I highly recommend NiPi”

“Winsford Branch. Great place. Great products. Great staff... I had 3 bathroom suites designed here and priced. The designer Graham is excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I ha e purchase 2 bathroom suites from them and will buy a 3rd when needed and then more in time... I went to some of the small local independents in Northwich and they advertise the same products but city plumbing has so much more as well. City plumbing don't charge for a design, they come out measure up or work of plans where as all the others who I asked if they do a design service charge around £150min for the service. City also deliver free of charge but also keep all the products in the warehouse and delivers them as you need them or collect them as you need, it is great if space is tight at home or the property. Very Highly recommended if there were 6 stars I would give it to them... Cheers Graham and the team.”

“At Snowdon Mountain Railway, we operate and maintain Hafod Eryri, the building at the summit of Snowdon. The building has unique challenges and due to the nature of the building design we often require specialist help. I contacted Tim Evans and explained some of the issues we encountered whilst commissioning the building for 2018. Tim was very helpful and provided two engineers to come to site and work on the problems. The engineers were excellent and gave our own engineers good advice, identified faults, sorted most and provided a report to enable us to source replacement parts. Tim has continued to provide advice and will be coming back to carry out further work once the new parts have arrived. Working at the summit of a mountain is challenging and not all companies are up for the challenge. Evans Maintenance are!”
