“I would highly recommend using C J Charles Ltd. Not only are they quick and efficient, they also saved us a small fortune on hiring scaffolding when replacing our boiler. They came out and undertook a full survey for the quote and carried out the works in less than a week from us accepting the quote! The installation team were very polite and friendly and left no mess in our house, everything was tidied as they went. We can't thank the team enough for working quickly and efficiently around our house with minimal disruption. “I definitely recommend Ben and his team. Our boiler had broken and was smelling really badly of burning. I called Ben and he answered straight away and said he could come out to have a look at the problem that day. Ben disconnected the boiler to make it safe and said he’d try and work things around to fit us in quickly to replace the old burned out boiler. The next day his colleague Will came round and fitted the new boiler and we were back up and running. Super responsive, friendly and tidy service. Thank you”

He replaced the cistern and kept me up to date with what he was doing. It was so nice to have a local tradesman come when they said they would come, tell you what they are going to do and carry it out quickly and efficiently.
