“Adam from South Manchester Heating did a superb job for us last week. This involved diagnosing and fixing the problem with our central heating. Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly. I have tried many other companies but trust the knowledgeable and experienced team at SMH to understand and sort the problems out. Highly recommended. Great job, thanks very much!”

“I was met in the morning by a nasty overspill coming from the drain cover plate at the side of my house, I got this company’s number from a friend that recently had a similar issue. When I called they we able to come out the same evening, Raymond (The Team leader I think?) was both polite and friendly. He opened up the drain cover and could see that part of the pipe had corroded and was leaking water. He was able to diagnose and quote for the work which he said would takes a couple of hours. I didn’t expect him to be able to resolve the same day but he did. I was very satisfied with the price and with the quality of the work (not that I know the first thing about drains!) . I have thankfully had no issues since. Thank You Raymond”

“Keith is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone! We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and he came over really quickly, found the problem and fixed it. He also gave us advice on other problems we had in the house and was able to recommend other trusted trades people. We have had very bad luck previously with work done in our home but Keith was just wonderful, very competent, knowledgeable and experienced as well as polite and friendly and professional. To top it all off he charged 6x less than someone else quoted just to come look at the problem nevermind fixing it. He is a star!”

“First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.”

“I'm so pleased that I found Pipeline Services to replace my old copper water supply pipe that kept on getting small leaks. It was a bigger job than first thought, as not only did they have to mole 20 meters down my drive, they also had to dig some some of the concrete garage floor. They have left everything nice and tidy as well.
