    Can't praise this company high enough, we needed a boiler service and a magnetic filter fitting the radiators bleeding and new inhibitor adding, Lewis the plumber arrived on time and proceeded to do a fantastic job, no mess, no problems, the invoice was very reasonable and we are extreemly happy with the work.     We first used First Point plumbing when we needed a bathroom conversion. Lewis and the team were on it when we asked for an accessible wetroom and separate bathroom. Lewis organised all of the different aspects and himself and the team did a great job. Whilst we encountered an issue with our underfloor heating (the product itself), Lewis organised for this to be fixed and it was with minimal disruption. We are now left with a very smart looking wetroom and an accessible bathroom- thank you, especially to Jacob. More recently, we required the help of First Point plumbing again when a leak was identified on our property by the water company. Oliver came out and was very helpful and approachable. He was able to fix the leak promptly and, along with our builder, get the job done in very difficult weather! Thank you again for the help and service. We have and would recommend you guys!
