John provided a friendly, professional and very thorough service, giving lots of information to explain the process, especially the need to cleanse the system of bacteria.    Contacted these guys and booked the car in for a new belt fitting , dropped the car off at 09.30 and was picking it up again at 13.30 . All very polite and they showed me the pictures of the work that had been done . Cannot fault them ! I would happily recommend that friends and family use them .

   Booked in to have some faults cleared but was told they only had a Friday slot available, because I was working I asked my brother to take it for me as I was told it could be done while my brother waits, on arrival he was told there was no booking which was a waste of both mine and his time. my brother phone me to see if I wanted to see if he could get another booking from them but witnessed one of the mechanics hand break turn a customers car into the garage to his amazement. I have no doubt that the owner will reply How they been doing business for 30+ years and how responsible they are, but 11 reviews (including mine) and two of them bad says it all, keep clear of this bunch of cowboys.

   Called in the morning to get my A/C fixed. They fit me in the same morning. All done in less than an hour. Even advised me on an issue that the dealer has not been able to explain. Definitely call ahead for directions though. Professional, friendly and reasonable!

   I had my timing belt changed by this garage thinking it was local friendly and decently priced. Little did I know they were going to damage my radiator and try cover it up with a sealant!!! Water had been leaking for weeks Untill one day i checked the coolant tank and it was bone dry. I filled it back up and the same happened the next day. My car has not been touched by anyone else and was working perfectly before this 'work' had taken place. For £260+ you'd expect the work to have been done to a high standard. I had my bother contact them as we all know women can be fobbed off when it comes to cars. They refused to take and blame saying they hadn't touch that area. Apparently this sealant magically appeared over my radiator and the hole to boot! They refused all knowledge saying it wasn't there problem. Terrible costumer service and botched work. Would never recommend or use again.
