I have been using this company for several years and never have they let me down. They installed a new boiler yesterday and I cannot praise the team enough. They may not be the largest gas installers but they certainly are the best.
I had such a positive experience from start to finish. They visited my property to fully understand what I was looking to do - I needed a new boiler, rads and piping. They were so thorough, explaining options so I could make an informed decision. No other company spent the time they did to understand what I wanted. Because of the extent of the works, I stayed away for a few nights. I totally trusted them to have access to the property and when the work was done my house looked like no one had been in it - so tidy! I was so impressed. This company was recommended to me and I would happily recommend them to anyone else.
Highly professional service from Mike and his team from start to finish. On the day of installation the team arrived on time, they were friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves. 10/10 I received a number of quotes for the installation of a combi boiler, not only did Mike provide a competitive quote it was also for a much better boiler (Worcester) then others quoted. Mike also went above and beyond in showing us how to use the smart control system after installation, also the lads installing in boiler were polite and on time. I will certainly be using Northwest plumbing solutions again in the future. Thanks guys
First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.
