   Absolutely great set of lads. We broke down (alternator packed in on our Jag Xf 3.0) on the M62. A quick Google found MCR Auto and we got Green Flag to get us there. At zero notice, they had the problem diagnosed and the part ordered. We were close to my mum's as we were going there for a day or two, so we left the car with MCR and picked it up the next day. Service was superb throughout and knowing that we were supposed to be heading home later that day they prioritised the job. First class service, a smashing set of guys and very highly recommended.

   So I normally don’t post reviews but on this occasion I am making the time to and absolutely have to recommend because these guys at the garage namely Irfan, Zeshan and Hussein (sorry if i misspelt your name) were actually phenomenal this morning. I drove there having rang up and spoken to Irfan about the issue with my car and options, didn’t have to wait days or weeks, he got me booked in straight away and told me to come down, bearing in mind i had already checked with other garages on the phone, i chose them because they were the only ones who didn’t speak to me like just another number/customer with dollar signs on my head. When I went in, i took Hussein for a quick test drive and he straightaway pinpointed the issue, and then they ordered the parts needed, told me when it would arrive so i managed to adjust my schedule for the day. I paid them, they let me take the car for the meeting i had and by the time i got back, the part had been delivered and straightaway, they sorted my car out in less than an hour while i waited. I even discussed with them about other issues i had with my car that they looked into and advised me about. Zeshan was so hospitable and kind, he even offered me drinks while i waited (what garage does that these days) and best of all, the price was actually very sensible and competitive. So they did the job in record time, no messing about, price was great and customer service was fantastic. I definitely won’t be going back to my former garage because these guys genuinely impressed me and I had to tell them verbally while i was at the garage because it was genuinely my first pleasant experience at any garage ever and maybe that’s why I normally don’t do reviews but these guys absolutely deserve it. if you have any issues go to them, they’ll sort you out with a warm smile on their face the whole time treating you like a brother, honestly. I really appreciated how they showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and what they were doing about it so i could see got myself where my money was going. They educated me and gave recommendations moving forward that clued me up a bit more on cars. Anyway, i think I’ve shared enough now. It was genuinely a very very good experience that helped enhance my day and sorted out my car problem.

   I took my Mercedes C Class to MCR Auto Mechanic and MOT Centre because the suspension felt a bit off and the brakes were squeaky. These guys are absolute legends. From the moment I pulled in they were friendly and explained everything. They checked the whole car, replaced the worn brake pads and sorted the suspension so it drives smooth again. They even showed me the old parts and pointed out what was wrong, which I really appreciated. What I liked most was how straight they were with me no pressure, no trying to add stuff I didn’t need, just honest advice and a fair price. The car now feels solid on the road and the brakes are sharp and quiet. If you need suspension repairs, brake work or any mechanical services in Manchester I can’t recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back next time something needs fixing.

   I recently used MCR Auto Mechanic & MOT Centre for my MOT and a full service on my Skoda Octavia From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, clear, and explained everything in detail. They showed me exactly what checks were being done and gave honest advice with no pressure to carry out unnecessary work. The MOT was completed on time, and they also replaced my brake pads and wiper blades, explaining why it was important for safety. I really appreciated the transparency and the fact that they kept me updated throughout. The price was fair, the garage was clean and organised, and I left feeling confident that my car was in safe hands.
