Very professional service from start to finish. Great communication and updates provided throughout the duration of my car being repaired. My car was returned promptly and professionally cleaned inside and out. Would highly recommend.
I cannot praise this company enough! Talk about going the extra mile to help... They picked up my damaged vehicle from my home on the monday and when asked when I would have it back he did say "probably the back end of next week, depending on Nissan having the parts in we need" I didn't mind, I had a courtesy car. So imagine my surprise when I received a phone call on the Thursday of the same week asking when I would like it dropped back off! Wow that was quick! When the car was returned I checked the work, as its a brand new car I wanted no repairs to show, I have to say it doesnt look like the car has ever been involved in any kind of accident, the work carried out has been done to a very high standard, and the staff at the garage were lovely, as a disabled driver I need my car, they were brilliant and made sure the time they were supposed to pick up and drop off were the actual times they showed up, really cannot fault the service or the repair,would highly recommend...
Just received car back truly astonished how fast the car has been fixed after being estimated 10 days it’s been half that! Amazing customer service kept us upto date with everything that was being done! Mechanic polite friendly and knowledgeable Plus the car looks brand new inside as well as out! Highly recommend really happy!
My car was collected by DLG Heywood at the scheduled time. The repairs completed earlier than the estimated time.The car was returned beautifully cleaned inside and outside. Happy with the service provided by DLG. Will recommend their garage.
Phoned my insurance to arrange for my vehicle to get fixed which they informed me that DLG Auto Service in Heywood would be I touch. Within a few minutes they phoned went thou security checks then arrange day and time to collect my vehicle. The delivery driver phoned to say he was 10mins away he was very professional and friendly we went round the vehicle to make sure his engineers had the details of my vehicle. They kept me informed once they had my vehicle from them ordering parts to when it was ready to be delivered. Just with them for under 2 weeks they delivered it back it looked like a new car had been cleaned to a very high standard from start to finish they have a very high standards
My car was repaired timely. I received regular updates regarding the repairs. When I got my car back, it looked brand new and I was really pleased either the work that was carried out on my car. The icing on the cake was that the car was cleaned inside and outside. The customer service was excellent from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend DLG Auto Services.
Very professional service, from the recovery of my car when someone crashed into me, to repairs and delivering it back. My MOT ran out during the repairs and they helpfully arranged for it to be undertaken once repair’s were completed and before returning the car to me. Friendly, helpful staff, always willing to assist. Easy to contact by phone, which isn’t something you normally get these days. I highly recommend them.

Superb! The team at DLG arranged for my Wife's Mini Cooper to be collected from home and taken to their repair centre in Heywood for a rear bumper replacement following a minor rear end collision. The repair was expertly completed and returned back within the given timescales. Given that the vehicle is 10 years old, the team at DLG matched the colour perfectly and also replaced the "go faster stripe" too. Would highly recommend to anyone.
