   Fantastic service from start to finish. He gave quick, honest responses to all my questions and arrived exactly when he said he would. Even though there was a technical issue with the tap, he took the time to help diagnose the problem and arranged to return another day to sort it out properly. Customer service was brilliant throughout, and payment was super easy. I already have another job in mind for him. He doesn’t waste your time—if he can’t do something, he’ll tell you straight.

   We booked John for 2 separate jobs, on each occasion he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The 1st job turned out to be more difficult than expected however John took his time to consider the best course of action which secured an excellent conclusion. The 2nd job was easier but still completed to a high standard. John is very professional in his work, taking time to consider all options open to him, then delivering the required end product. He is very conscious in keeping any mess to a minimum and leaves the house as tidy as possible. I would not hesitate to contact him again for future projects and would recommend him highly to my family and friends.

   We had an annoying leak on our toilet that John came out to look at. Unfortunately, it was a bigger job than originally thought. However, Johns communication about when he could come back, pricing and general info was superb. John came back a few days later and sorted everything within an hour.
