   Colin Charles visited this morning as I thought I needed a new radiator and a new outside tap. Both issues were resolved by advice and intervention on the visit by colin, which meant I did not actually need a new radiator or a new tap! This has saved me a substantial amount of money. Amazing service as no fee was involved. I have used CJ Charles before and I would definitely recommend them.

   I would highly recommend using C J Charles Ltd. Not only are they quick and efficient, they also saved us a small fortune on hiring scaffolding when replacing our boiler. They came out and undertook a full survey for the quote and carried out the works in less than a week from us accepting the quote! The installation team were very polite and friendly and left no mess in our house, everything was tidied as they went. We can't thank the team enough for working quickly and efficiently around our house with minimal disruption. I don't think I would look anywhere else for plumbing and heating after using C J Charles.

   Can’t thank colin and his team enough! Professional, Reliable and efficient. We got let down by another plumbing firm on Christmas Eve to get all our radiators and heating system back on for us to be able to move into our new home. Colin sorted me out super last minute, was at my house within the hour and had the job done quickly! Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be the company I will be using for any future plumbing work.    The team came to fit a complete new system for us at Koala North West when we decided to change from electric storage heaters to gas heating. From start to finish they were friendly, professional and accommodated all our requests when we needed to use certain rooms and offices in the building and moved radiators when we changed our mind about where they should go. The quality of work is excellent and we now have a toasty warm office. I'm so impressed that they're installing a new boiler in my house next week!!
