   I arrived here at 16:23. Two staff members were present, and the internet clearly states that they are open until 5pm. Yet they told me they were “closing” and refused to do a simple tyre repair that takes no more than 15 minutes. One of them even had the nerve to claim it would take over an hour. I don’t know if these people are just employees or owners, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely lazy and unprofessional behaviour.

   Had wishbones and new front tyres done beginning of June - had a noise still, they looked at it for free and said my brake pads were on back to front which had me 2nd guessing my usual garage, but was happy it was all done and appreciated the help. Fast forward to today for my MOT & Service, front tyres worn to the sides. 3 months old. I queried this and was just told with some attitude I should have had the tracking done - if this wasn’t going to be done when working on the suspension, surely they should have at least advised on it. Now my tyres need doing again. Won’t be going back.

   Absolutely amazing experience. I ordered tyres through Asda tyres to be fitted today Saturday 19th November I arrived and was told after I had left that the tyres hadn't arrived. I understood that it wasn't their issue but was grateful that they managed to get me different tyres sorted. Fantastic customer service

   I called in to Callow's without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon when they were obviously mad busy. My Focus engine warning light had come on and I asked if I could book in for a diagnostic. The mechanic (I didn't get his name) performed the diagnostic there and then (despite being so busy) and thankfully only 2 small faults were revealed. He reset the engine warning light and wouldn't take payment from me. Incredible service! I would heartily recommend Callows!
