   Had a leak under the sink on a Sunday night and couldn’t see where it was coming from. I phoned A J Harrington first thing on Monday and was relieved to receive an immediate response. Unlike a lot of trades people I was kept informed of their expected arrival. Simon sorted the leak out promptly and efficiently and charged a very fair price. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

   Asked AJ Harrington come and fix a wobbly mixer tap in kitchen and leaking toilet. Simon quickly fixed the tap, the toilet however had a cracked cistern - the whole toilet needed to be replaced as the supplier it was purchased from is no longer in business. Simon went and got a new toilet and quickly removed the old one and fitted the new one. Very neat work and no mess. Very reasonable charges .Would definitely recommend

   This is the first time I have used AJ Harrington Plumbing Services. Simon came when he was supposed to come, was very efficient and fixed my leaking loo. He replaced the cistern and kept me up to date with what he was doing. It was so nice to have a local tradesman come when they said they would come, tell you what they are going to do and carry it out quickly and efficiently. Full marks to Simon and will have no hesitation recommending him or calling them again if I need to.

   Replaced a mixer tap in bathroom which required two visits on the same day as the tap I supplied was inappropriate. The plumber was a very polite and professional young man who turned up punctually on both visits and was able to complete what I had anticipated would be a complicated job by removing the sink very efficiently. The appointment was made on the Friday for the following Monday which I thought was a very good service. I would definitely recommend this company

   Fantastic service! The only company that would come out before Christmas. I had a leaky radiator that had caused water to come through my ceiling and after calling 15 plumbers AJ Harrington said they would be there in 30 minutes. Simon was brilliant all done in a hour. Great service and price! Highly recommend!!

   We needed a new combi boiler for my Dad’s flat and tried several local companies. Some didn’t respond but Alan came straight back and called to look at the job a couple of days later. He then called and talked through various options and gave some very helpful advice and suggestions. We then agreed on the best option and Alan followed up with a very detailed breakdown. Unfortunately he was very busy at the time and clearly stated the first available date he could do the job, which was a few weeks off – but we needed the job doing sooner (it was cold) and so had to going to a national company and pay a lot more – so we couldn’t give him the job this time but will try him again next time. Thanks Alan.
