Just had boiler repair done by Adam. Kind, polite and very well priced. He checked the boiler to locate the problem in his own time and knew instantly which part was broken. I had an error message on my boiler. I phoned Savannah Heating & Plumbing and spoke to Adam, who advised he would attend the same day. True to his word, he was with me within the hour and got the boiler back up and running. He also ordered a new part and was back the next day to fit it at a very reasonable cost. Reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, Savannah will be my go to for anything further, I just wish I had known about them sooner!
I phone Savannah Heating up to tell them I had an error message on my boiler and it wasn't working. They answered the call right away and their engineer was at my house within 15 minutes! They sorted this problem out and my boiler was back up and running within 5 minutes. I will definitely be using this company again and will be telling all my friends and family about Savannah Heating if they have any problems with boiler etc.
These guys are absolute lifesavers. Nothing worse than your boiler going in the morning when you have a family to clean and a house to heat. Not only did their engineer Adam help me get the system back up and running over the phone but he was also out within a few hours to sort out the main problem. I'd initially called the number on the boiler and they informed me they would call me back to arrange an engineer, they never did. The work was completed without mess and without fuss and with my little toddler constantly getting in the way, which Adam didn't mind. The fact that he contacted me the next day just to ensure everything was ok and to contact him if there is any further issue is testament to their service. The little things that matter. Brilliant service.
