“Called out Barry and his firm about 3 months ago, to fix a leak under the floorboards on our central heating. He came around same day to investigate gave me a quick temporary fix and a date for when he could finalise the fix, which was only 2 days so not a problem. His workmanship was very good, and he was very tidy and it was all sorted and its all fixed now. Also no one likes to pay for these sort of things at any time but he was reasonable when it came to the bill. I would recommend him to you.”

He explained everything to me before he arrived with regards to my boiler installation which wasn't straightforward as I needed a boiler & boilermate taking out and replacing with a combi boiler. Even after a shaky start when the boiler wouldn't fit in the space I needed it Mike sorted it easily and without any hassle. Phoned them on Sunday afternoon when we noticed our CH boiler leaking and they assisted us over the phone to put a temporary measure in place before the engineer could get to us. Job assessed, parts ordered and fitted within 3 days. Price was reasonable and similar to elsewhere but what set this company apart from others was the outstanding communication/customer service. I normally contact the company who installed the boiler (the company that my builder used) but they are not contactable on Sundays. “I rang Mark up regarding a blocked drain that we have at the rear of our house. I contacted him because his reviews are impressive. They were not wrong! Mark said he would be there within the hour, and he was. He took one look at our problem and explained that the blockage was coming from the sewer. He could have carried out the work there and then, but advised me to phone United Utilities. He explained that this is their responsibility and that they are obliged to do the job at no cost to me. He even gave me their phone number. How is that for honesty!!!! Absolutely amazing and real old school service. I can not recommend Mark highly enough. Give him a call if you have any form of blockage, etc. You will not be disappointed. Top class! Thank you, Mark.”

“Fantastic experience with House Plumbing & Electrical. The quality of workmanship is exceptional and David is great to deal with, resulting in having more work done. We’ve had compliant electrics to our garage, outdoor lighting, replacement and re-siting of x2 bedroom radiators, Balancing of heating system (1 rad had never worked!). Perfect temperature and flow now. The icing on the cake was the replacement of some intentionally exposed copper pipe work in our hallway. The attention to detail is spot on. Efficient with certification too! Only regret is not knowing about David earlier. There’s so many bits on the house that He would have made a better job of!”

Jay who spent 2& a half days here installing a central heating system,very hard working and we couldn't have asked for a better job or a nicer bloke. Jonny then came out as we found another small job for doing which he did and he discovered another problem which he also fixed for us. LGH did a small job for us last year(on the recommendation of my daughter & son in law) and they went out of there way to source and fix the problem at the cheapest option.
