We had unfortunately gotten a flat tyre on the ride home from birkenhead. I stopped into rightwards to see about a puncture repair kit and met Steve. He was so kind and even fixed our tyre there and then for us so we could ride home. He was lovely and super helpful

The staff at Rightway both in Poulton and Moreton are absolutely lovely. They are so incredibly helpful. Even one time when they didn't have what I needed they looked online and told me where I could find the product I wanted locally. Can't praise them enough. Excellent customer care and great range of products at fair prices.
On my previous visit I was left a little annoyed by the customer service. However my visit today could not have been better. The young lady who served me went out of her way to be helpful. Including advice and stock deliveries and availability at another local branch.
Sign next to rechargeable lamps clearly said they were on offer at £12. Got to till, paid for the lamp only to realise I had been charged £20. Manager came over and basically said that the lamps have a barcode sticker on them stating that they are £20 and that she could not sell them for the £12 as the sign said.... In the end I got a refund and bought them elsewhere, really poor service, especially disappointing as it is somewhere I used to visit quite regularly....
The staff are really helpful here. The paint is cheap (even the branded stuff), and the range is fantastic. They will order in any out of stock items if you ask. I've visited 5 different branches and always find the staff friendly and accommodating, this branch is no different, and it is very convenient.
