The staff have always try and accommodate us I'm a fuss carpenter who insist on giving my customers the best and jewsons bhead have always been there .
The staff at Jewsons are so nice and very helpful. They helped me find the cheapest price for the item I wanted and when the goods were delivered the driver was so nice and placed the items at the back of our driveway so we could still park our car there. Fantastic service

Worst builders merchants in the area in store you can never get served because they always on the phone when you ring up you can never get an answer cause they are serving not enough staff and poor management will never use again
Ordered a couple of items online. Click and collect. No obvious signs for click and collect when I got there so went into the shop. They knew about my order, gave me a receipt and instructions to drive into the shed. Was told to show a guy the receipt and he would put the order in my car. They did that. Very easy. Polite, helpful and friendly staff.

Ordered some flags £438 per pack. About an hour after the order was placed they rang to say they had sold our flags to someone else. We asked if we could have a refund but they said it would take 3-5 working days to process. As the money hadn't been taken out of our account I asked if they could cancel the order but they couldn't. The following day they took the money even though they couldn't supply the flags. We now have to wait until we get the refund before we can order more flags elsewhere so that's 5 days of our holidays gone. Will never go near this firm again

Spoke and was dealt with by 3 seperate staff member's getting some rare skirting board, nothing was too much trouble. Very pleasant experience will be my first choice in future. Well done guy's!
In a word, appalling !!!! I went to The Birkenhead branch to order a 'Sundeala' board. They come in 8' x4' sheets. I asked could they cut it to the size I needed. it was a straight no !!!! No explanation at all, as to why they couldn't, just a straight no. This is very poor customer service, so I shall take my buisness elswhere. I know it is not a huge order, but each customer, large or small should be treated with respect and civility. Sadly, Jewsons failed in this aspect. I do hope that they read this. I have had to fill in the review form, but quality and appeal do not figure in this review, so I have marked them as poor, although I have no knowlefge of their qualirt or appeal. Thank you.
