“I just wanna start by saying Ian is the best member in store and so caring and compassionate I was looking for just one bottle of hand sanitiser for my diabetic son who has bad diabetes and when I had asked other staff they were quite rude as if I was like panic buying however he had a small bottle for 3 months and no one would help but Ian should be proud of himself for being a kind caring person who actually thinks about other people in the community who actually need the hand gel so thank you so much”

“Went to the store today to purchase some stone chippings for my garden. After managing to lift the heavy bags into a trolley, I then tried to push it to the checkout. On seeing me struggling I was approached by a member of staff who took my trolley from me and wheeled it to the checkout. Not only did he scan them for me he then offered to take them to my car and put them in my boot. He went above and beyond and I want to thank him for the service he provided. His name was Brian, he truly was a credit to the store. Thank you Brian you are a star ⭐”

“Great little place, chock full of stuff, in a building that was once a laundrette, complete with a wall of machines along the back wall. The friendly and helpful owner Andrew has been in the business a long time. I bought a glass decanter, a brass coat hook, some vinyl records, and some old tools. All at very fair prices too. Highly recommended. Do pop in.”

“They were thankfully able to fit me in despite a busy diary and did a fantastic job. I was advised that not all stains can be removed but Tony did an excellent job of making the sofas and carpets look just like new again. I would highly recommend this quick, effective and friendly service.”

“Went in to get a new gas cooker which I did not really want as I was just swapping old for new. I thought I would have to run a cable from fuce box to get a electric oven. After a lot of advice from a very knowledgeable owner he explained a single oven only required a 240 v connection. A double oven needs running from fuse box. So I opted for a single oven and was expecting a couple of weeks for fitting. I was shocked when he said will fit it tomorrow. The gas was capped by a gas engineer and the guy then came and fitted the oven. The oven fitter was also a great guy explaining a lot of things to me. You just do not get service like this any more and from now on I will not use anyone else for my white goods. You have a customer for life. So next purchase will be a fridge freezer in the next few weeks.”

Clean, and quietly installed, no fuss, no messing about. A great job from Mal, John, Keith & Dave. Well recommended. (Had kitchen fitted by Mal 15 years ago - all units still going strong - no problems.!)”

The 2 guys who fitted did a brilliant job , put the old carpet in my car for disposal and left everywhere clean and tidy . Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again”

“Incredibly lucky to live on the Wirral and have been sourcing parts and advice on domestic appliances from Electromart for years now. We have grown old together! They have once more saved me hours of stress and a considerable amount of money by stocking parts for a vast range and having a wealth of knowledge of everything electrical. "it's only a washing machine" I struggled to set the right wash cycle, but after an informative chat over the phone and while collecting the part, a bit of head scratching and a torx screwdriver, oh and a mop of course, the Whirlpool is reborn. “Really extensive play area for the kids. Split into several different sections to help ensure safety of littler angels. Food is actually really tasty and quite well priced. Plenty of parking, Advise booking a time slot online and you get 2 hours which is plenty!”
