Ordered a dishwasher on a friend’s recommendation.Fantastic service, one week from ordering over the phone to the fitter coming out and all a week before Christmas. The friendly person on the phone also price matched the dishwasher too! We would definitely recommend PowerPoint.
Came into the shop yesterday for a new single oven and induction hob. Couldn’t have had better service in my dreams! No only were we given lots of information, very good prices and plenty of advice the units have been fitted the very next day! Gary was quick, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better service and will use them again!

We've bought all our washing machines fridge freezers and dryers from here over the years and they've all lasted well. Washing machine packed up recently and Gary did his best to fix it (having recently done a great job fixing our tumble dryer!)but it needed an expensive part. Tony and Gary were very helpful in recommending options and the new machine was delivered quickly.It needed to be integrated into a fitted kitchen and Gary did a great job repairing the covering door and took the time and trouble to show us the main programmes of the new machine and how to best extend its life. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy white goods.First class service.
Went in to get a new gas cooker which I did not really want as I was just swapping old for new. I thought I would have to run a cable from fuce box to get a electric oven. After a lot of advice from a very knowledgeable owner he explained a single oven only required a 240 v connection. A double oven needs running from fuse box. So I opted for a single oven and was expecting a couple of weeks for fitting. I was shocked when he said will fit it tomorrow. The gas was capped by a gas engineer and the guy then came and fitted the oven. The oven fitter was also a great guy explaining a lot of things to me. You just do not get service like this any more and from now on I will not use anyone else for my white goods. You have a customer for life. So next purchase will be a fridge freezer in the next few weeks.

Absolutely fantastic service; I'll explain why. We needed a plumbed-in fridge freezer which was to go in a chimney breast with limited height - also our hallway is very narrow. Tony called round to measure up everything. He phoned to tell us that he had managed to find one that that met all the specs we were looking for. The price was very competitive. Unfortunately for them, fitting it involved a lot of effort, including removing a fence panel, as the only option was to bring it through the back, removing the doors from the fridge and then refitting them, in order to get the fridge through the back door. The fridge was plumbed in, filter installed and fence panel and fridge doors refitted. Tony and Gary were very careful not to mark the new flooring too. They took the old fridge away, along with all the packaging from the new one. We're delighted. After seeing what was involved here, I'm so glad I didn't order one online, as I would have been left with the nightmare of having the appliance stuck outside the house or returned. Some things are best left to the experts, especially with what I felt was a very reasonable fitting charge. I won't go anywhere else for appliances from now on, as the service here is first class. I also ordered a toaster through Powerpoint and, when it arrived, the price was a lot cheaper than the RRP quoted by them. Thank you so much for your thoroughly helpful and professional service.
Walked in expecting to spend hundreds on a new oven, but Ian and the guys at PowerPoint were friendly, approachable and managed to tell me how to fix my current oven very easily! Great team, knowledgable staff and I will absolutely be back to buy from them in the future! Thanks again, guys! :)
