   The store itself is well stocked and no complaints about that. The problem is the McDonalds they've built on the car park. There are now traffic jams along the full length of the store, and it's dangerous to cross the road with a trolley. The Mcdonalds has a drive through which exits right into the store traffic. I'll be avoiding this store from now on.

   I walked around for an hour and chose some patio stone went to order......no stock. Chose another another. No stock. When I asked at trade point why they were advertising materials they did not have. They said if we took every thing off the shop floor we had no stock of. We would have to close the branch

   Did click and collect this morning, email stated ready to collect from 2pm, turned up and 5pm at trade point, nothing to collect, went to B&Q customer service, nothing to collect the staff just complained to me about who’s responsibility is was to pick products. It resulted in me going to get my items myself, thoroughly wasted my time would have been quicker if I hadn’t bother with the service. Bravo for all being totally incompetent.
