   I've been searching for someone who understands underfloor heating and now I've found them! Ashley was brilliant. He not only identified the faults, he spent time optimising the system for max efficiency and fitted a wireless thermostat in another zone. All this on a Saturday morning because he couldn't fit us in during regular working hours. We need more Ashley's in the world!

   I needed a pipe installed to comply with carbon monoxide levels. The only place was through 2 walls one being internal. It took Ashley a long time to drill through the unknown concrete lintels. But he persevered and successfully completed the job. Also being very tidy in through out the process.

   Ashley and Kris from 21 degree heating installed our heat pump and we’re amazing, very friendly and approachable. They worked non stop, and their work was top notch. All the work and install was very neat and tidy. They were very knowledgeable and went through everything with us and accommodated everything that we asked for, answering any questions that we had. They left the place clean and tidy after the install and took everything with them. They even came back the day after they had finished to go through all the system with us as we were unavailable on the day they finished. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

   A game changer, a truly exceptional level of customer service, I’ve gone from old 70’s economy storage heaters to a brand new heat source central heating system in under 4 days. These guys work hard for a living and only left late on the last day when they were sure the system was working as it should and I had full confidence and knowledge of the new system and how it worked. The house has never been so warm and Workmanship is second to none. 21 degree heating have an outstanding work ethic and know how to treat their customers. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with these guys and I wish them the very best for the future.

   I cannot recommend this company enough. Me and my partner woke today to find our boiler had stopped working. We have a 5 week old baby and so this was a stress we didn’t need. Having searched Google and reading all the great reviews we found this business. Ashley came out within a couple of hours on the same day (a Sunday) and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Thank you so much.

   Excellent service provided by Ashleigh, got our boiler working after it had broken down. Unlike other Gas engineers we have had as part of an annual service contract, he didn’t try to upsell us on a new boiler but provided reassurance that the boiler we already have was in good serviceable condition and did not need replacing. Highly recommended

   Fantastic, professional service from Ashley, highly recommended! Our heating and hot water went off on Thursday evening and he was able to fix the issue on Friday afternoon at a really reasonable price. He fixed the fault quickly and explained the issue - he even had the spare part in his van so we didn’t have to wait!
