   After our original solid fuel boiler failed, we tried a long list of well known plumbers in Neston and the rest of the Wirral...some refused to quote, a few came out and never followed up on their promises, but Adam stood out amongst all of these bigger firms, he quickly understood what we wanted and was able to explain clearly what he could offer to meet our needs. Every interaction we have had with AJB Services has been straightforward and professional. We couldn't be more pleased with our new LPG central heating system. The customer service skills of the whole AJB Services team are second to none, from the office arrangements to the technical and installation team everyone puts the customer first. The team cleaned up the work area to a really high standard when finished and after only two days we have an excellent heating system. We only wish that we had gone to Adam and his team sooner. If you are looking for a professional plumber we cannot recommend AJB Services highly enough.

   AJB services fitted our boiler 8 years ago and have serviced annually ever since. We have also had our gas fire serviced and a gas cooker fitted by them. They always turn up on time are are very professional and do an excellent job. I would not hesitate in recommending them .

   I can't fault this company on their customer service, professionalism, reliability and work undertaken. After having a bad run of serious plumbing & boiler issues, AJB went the extra mile to make sure my problems were resolved quickly and at a fair price. Many thanks to Sam, who was a star dealing with all the issues. He worked really hard and left the place spotless with all issues sorted. Also Carly, who was so understanding and worked so hard to get me booked in quickly. The communication was fantastic. I rarely write reviews but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as a trustworthy, reliable company to anyone.

   A tenant of mine couldn’t get boiler to work, I tried but to no avail. Rang AJB Friday afternoon, he had technician out Monday dinner time and new boiler was installed on the Thursday!! Fantastic service and communication. Would definitely use them again

   We were on the hunt for a new boiler and had tried a few companies but were not happy with one thing or another. We had not come across AJB before but, as fate would have it, their van drove past our house so we decided to check them out. We are so glad we did. From Carley who kept us up to date and informed on what to expect, to Darren and Adam who fitted our new boiler and radiators. The experience from beginning to end was stress free and top quality. We'd highly recommend AJB.
