He explained everything to me before he arrived with regards to my boiler installation which wasn't straightforward as I needed a boiler & boilermate taking out and replacing with a combi boiler. Even after a shaky start when the boiler wouldn't fit in the space I needed it Mike sorted it easily and without any hassle. “Called out Barry and his firm about 3 months ago, to fix a leak under the floorboards on our central heating. He came around same day to investigate gave me a quick temporary fix and a date for when he could finalise the fix, which was only 2 days so not a problem. His workmanship was very good, and he was very tidy and it was all sorted and its all fixed now. Also no one likes to pay for these sort of things at any time but he was reasonable when it came to the bill. I would recommend him to you.”

I called Ben and he answered straight away and said he could come out to have a look at the problem that day. Ben disconnected the boiler to make it safe and said he’d try and work things around to fit us in quickly to replace the old burned out boiler.
