   Awful experience with Jack Bury. Bad attitude from the minute he arrived. Upon arrival said it would be a quick and easy job, 11 hours later and he was still trying to find/fix and seal pipes he drilled into!!!!! Due to his haste while fixing a simple carbon monoxide monitor, he decided to use an electric drill with an 8 inch drill bit which hit 2 lead pipes. Was dismissive of my initial suggestion to leave the monitor where it is now, on top of my fridge!!! No respect for my property and due to his carelessness drilling into the pipes he left me with pipe leaks, a flooded kitchen and damage to my property. As he had not fixed the leaks properly and water was still coming out of them, I had to have them fixed later that week. On a positive note, he did have a fabulous helper named Nile who worked incredibly hard that day. A smashing helpful chap who did most of the work and running around. Reported to Trading Standard's and other relevant bodies.

   I needed a replacement tap/shower head in my bathroom. I called and he instantly picked up. I sent over photos and he fitted them the next day, took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy and would use their services again.

   Excellent service! Boiler condemned by British Gas then wanted £4k to replace. Jack came and quoted on a Saturday and had it fitted by Nathan the next day which was NYE. Very competitive price, professional staff who left no mess and I would highly recommend to anyone. I will use this company for any plumbing needs in the future and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

   Great service. Called Sunday with a request to remove and fit a new boiler as the old one had failed. Jack sourced one within the price range and attended Tuesday to fit. It was a long job due to having to navigate through walls of an old building but Jack and his colleague stayed for over 12 hours to get the boiler fitted. The work is really high quality and very neatly installed. They were also very professional and tidy leaving no mess. Highly recommend.

   Jack could not have been more professional. Called J Bury Plumbing and Heating on Friday for an urgent boiler replacement and he attended Saturday to exchange the boiler. Even brought the installation up to current regulations and left the house clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

   Jack came out on Sunday to have a look at my grandads boiler which had stopped working. Under a quick investigation found that it needed to be replaced as the heating element had split and was leaking water. He quoted me for a new boiler and came out on Tuesday to fit it. Boiler is now up and running. No issues found at all. I would highly recommend these lads to anyone and I will definitely be using them again. Very prompt response especially on a Sunday and they were on time. Very professional and did a great job.
