“We had a leak from a shower trap that needed fixing. Craig managed to squeeze us in on the same day that we rang (due to another job being delayed). He had all the parts that he needed to fix the leak with him, so no need to go off to get them. Diagnosed the problem, replaced various items, and tested for leaks. Reasonable price too. Happy and relieved.”

He explained everything to me before he arrived with regards to my boiler installation which wasn't straightforward as I needed a boiler & boilermate taking out and replacing with a combi boiler. Even after a shaky start when the boiler wouldn't fit in the space I needed it Mike sorted it easily and without any hassle. The team were on time, professional, have done a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better job. “Called out Barry and his firm about 3 months ago, to fix a leak under the floorboards on our central heating. He came around same day to investigate gave me a quick temporary fix and a date for when he could finalise the fix, which was only 2 days so not a problem. His workmanship was very good, and he was very tidy and it was all sorted and its all fixed now. Also no one likes to pay for these sort of things at any time but he was reasonable when it came to the bill. I would recommend him to you.”

The blockage was difficult to find, but the engineer didn't give up, eventually the issue was located and dealt with. A professional / responsive service - highly recommended”
