We’re really happy with our newly fitted en suite. Mike provided an excellent service and the bathroom was fitted to a high standard. Mike was very punctual and was very helpful with all of our plumbing queries.

Michael and his colleagues have been so good from start to finish on installing a new combi boiler for us. It wasn’t a particularly easy job with it being a three storey terraced house, but he ensured that everything was done right and got the job done efficiently, checking everything was up and running properly before leaving. He has also done some work for us when we had our kitchen fitted and came round straight away to do the job. Would highly recommend, very reliable.
Contacted Mike as I needed an old and non functioning boiler and cistern taking out and a new combi boiler installed. He arrived the next day to assess the job and talked me through the whole process of removing and installing a new system. I found him to be a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young man. He contacted me after the weekend with a price which I was happy with and then arranged a date for the work to be done. The lads who came to do the install were friendly and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what they were doing and when the work was finished they cleaned up and left it very tidy. The work was done in less than eight hours and the whole process had taken 8 days from initial enquiry to completion. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough and will definitely use their services again. Thanks for a great job guys.
We had our old central heating boiler changed, Mike helped in choosing the right Vaillant boiler and Alex made a quick and clean job of fitting it, we have had it for a couple of months now and are very pleased with it.
I contacted Mike as my mum had no heating or hot water due to a leak from the boiler outside. It wasn't maintaining pressure. All this happened during the time of extremely cold weather, and he tried his best to do this as quickly as possible. After finding out it would be 4-5 days for parts, and we then discovered a new leak, now inside and due to the issues with the current boiler, a new boiler was needed. Mike helped my mum to get a good quality boiler at a reasonable price. This was ordered on a Friday and fitted the following Monday. He kept us up to date throughout, and once at the property, he made my mum feel at ease. He even helped sort out some pipe work to the washer that he pointed out was done incorrectly. We would definitely be using the service again, and we would highly recommend it.
Central heating pump replacement. Phoned this morning and in four hours had turned up and started straight away. Very polite, hard working with a very reasonable price. Thankyou very much i would definitely use again.
Mike is total professional who in one day can complete work that others need two. His finish to all aspects is too a very high standard. On this occasion he was a one stop shop to a complete en suite replacement to which my wife and l were completely satisfied. I contacted Mike to help my nana as British gas had left her 2 weeks with hot water and heating after they said her boiler was not covered on the policy shes paid for over 20yrs. As the boiler was over 10yrs.. I contacted them on the Thursday and they came the day after checked the situation and thank god they were kind enough to alter a few things to get her sorted the following monday. My nana is recovering from cancer and in her 80's and house bound. She was made up with them and said "What lovely lads" So thank you so very much As a family we know you guys will always have our custom
Mike was very professional from start to finish. He explained everything to me before he arrived with regards to my boiler installation which wasn't straightforward as I needed a boiler & boilermate taking out and replacing with a combi boiler. Even after a shaky start when the boiler wouldn't fit in the space I needed it Mike sorted it easily and without any hassle. The team were on time, professional, have done a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better job.
