After some excellent work last year sorting out issues left by a previous plumber, we had no qualms in contacting Craig to arrange this years boiler service. Plenty of communications, arranged on a date to suit us and arrived as scheduled. Carried out the work professionally, left the area very clean and completed all boiler service details in the booklet. Would recommend and use again.

Craig arrived on time and completed the first service on a new boiler. He also completed some documentation that had been missed by the installers. He was polite, professional and tidy. I will definitely use again.
Our boiler switched off due to ice build up preventing condensed steam to flow out. In spite of being very busy, Craig came out and did a quick fix. He came back a few days later, once the outside temperature had risen, and did a permanent fix. Great service, as usual.

Excellent service from Craig. I had a Hive smart thermostat installed but whilst he was here he reset my boiler settings to be so much more efficient. The service was super prompt, efficient and friendly and I won’t hesitate to use them again. Five stars from me.
