   I have used Jubilee for many years and won't go anywhere else. I have done in the past. had my work truck in for a while through no fault of their own which was originally thought to be a relatively straightforward fix. it was everything but. went through the whole thing and covered any warranty work without question and eventually found the problem to be a corrupt ecu amongst other things. great communication and fair price. always amicable and professional on the phone and in person.

   Have used Jubilee before and always had good service. hence the three stars. Arranged to take my car in earlier this month to replace a broken wing mirror. Got a call from receptionist to inform me that a replacement could not be located! Was told they would contact a main dealer to source one. Heard nothing for a few days and decided to ring. Was told they had heard nothing but would chase it up. Heard nothing since! Contacted main dealer today and ordered a new mirror which is on its way so not brilliant service. Could do much better.

   Car was making an awful noise on way to work this morning. As I was 12 miles away from home but near to Jubilee garage I telephoned hoping they could see the car same day. Very pleasant lady said to bring it down and they would ensure it was safe to drive even if they couldnt fix on the same day. Took car in and a few hours later they had it diagnosed and fixed. Brilliant service and would not hesitate to use again

   I recently used Jubilee Garage in Queensferry for an MOT, brake fluid change, and wheel alignment. Being new to the area and having had bad experiences with garages in the past, I was initially skeptical. However, Jubilee Garage exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they listened attentively to the information I shared about the work I had done on my car and my concerns. As someone who likes to do a lot of car maintenance myself, I appreciated their receptiveness and willingness to engage in a knowledgeable discussion. After the service, I noticed the wheel alignment wasn't quite right. I took the car back the next day, and they promptly sorted it out. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Jubilee Garage and will happily return for future car maintenance needs.

   I've used Jubilee a couple of times for tyres and wheel alignment but yesterday they really went above and beyond. My wife had a puncture so I called to see if they could recover the vehicle. They made it happen really quickly, changed the tyres and the car was ready to pick up the same evening. Incredible service, very friendly staff, I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

   This is the best garage in Deeside, if you want a quality job for a good price look no further. I have been bringing my cars to these guys for over 6 years now, I live further away from the garage now but I still travel to them because the service they provide is exceptional. Had all sorts of work carried out Inc cam belts, mots, tyres, servicing all done with no issues. I've even bought a car from them, and 4 years on its still going well. Also the staff are super friendly and understanding, which you do not get from any other garage in Deeside!!

   Had a fault over the Christmas period which turned out to be a faulty replacement part fitted in early December. Without booking the car in, they sorted the problem out the same day without charge and no fuss. I want to commend them for their honesty and prompt action. I can't recommend Jubilee garage enough and even felt moved to contribute to the chippy fund! Thank you for not starting my new year off with a bill .
